Joanna was delighted to create a bespoke piece of artwork for the entrance of Epicurean Bar in heart of Edinburgh, Royal Mile. This large-scale abstract painting inspired by the uniqueness of Scottish produce and mixology is used as the main image in the branding. was delighted to complete a range of botanical illustrations for the bar menu too

On the Edge of Everything is a collection of original mixed media paintings made in response to the East Lothian coastline.

Each piece began as a walk — along Gullane Beach, out to the dunes, into the particular quality of light that only exists on that stretch of Scottish coast. The paintings are not records of those walks. They're what happened inside them.

Emotion-led seascapes for calm, considered homes. Made in the margins of a full life, by an artist who needed the sea to make sense of the rest of it.
